Field Engineer
The Field Engineer is responsible for layout and dimensional accuracy, for knowing and interpreting project plans and specifications, for establishing line and grade for crafts and subcontractors, and for checking quantities on materials ordered. The Field Engineer assists the Project Manager, Superintendent or Foreman as necessary in diverse project assignments. Travel is required.
Minimum Candidate Requirements:

Two years of experience in civil construction

Working knowledge of basic surveying techniques, demonstrated leadership skills and ability to interface with subcontractors and employees

Must be willing to travel

Valid driver’s license

Ability to speak Spanish a plus

Superintendent
The Superintendent will be acting under the supervision of the Project Manager and/or Senior Company Management. The Superintendent directs the activities of subcontractors, suppliers and workers related to the bridge construction process. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Knowing and interpreting project plans and specifications
- Plans procedures for construction on basis of start and end dates and staffing requirements for each phase of construction, based on knowledge of available tools and equipment and various construction methods
- Procurement of tools, equipment and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules
- Maintains control of all materials upon arrival, during use in production and then as returned to suppliers
- Ensures smooth flow of materials, works to resolve construction problems and improves construction methods to meet schedules
- Actively inspects work in progress to ensure that work conforms to specifications and the construction schedules are adhered to
- Prepares various reports as required
- Maintains a safe & healthy environment for employees, customers, and the public
Minimum Candidate Requirements:
Two years of experience in Construction Management.

Or BS Degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering

Working knowledge of basic construction techniques, demonstrated leadership skills and ability to interface with clients, subcontractors, vendors and employees
